Support

Steady is built by a very small team, and messages go straight to the person who made it. You should hear back within two business days. If something in the app told you to stop and eat, trust it — that comes first, this page second.

Nothing is sent from this page. Your own email app opens with the message filled in, and you review it before sending.

If you are having a medical emergency, do not use this form. Contact your local emergency services. Steady is not medical advice and cannot help in real time.

Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Steady. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Steady, then Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Apple handles refunds too, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I paid but the app shows the paywall again.

On the paywall, tap Restore. This asks Apple for the subscription attached to your Apple ID and unlocks the app. If Restore does not work, make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that made the purchase, then write to us with the topic Subscription or billing.

The coach is not replying.

The coach needs an internet connection and an active subscription; everything else in Steady works offline. If you are connected and subscribed and still see an error, tell us the time it happened and the message on screen. We keep no record of your conversation on our side, so those details are the only way we can look into it.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Everything Steady knows about you lives in a local database on your phone, and there is no copy on any server — no account, no sync, no backup made by us. Removing the app removes all of it. If you want that confirmed in writing, choose the topic Privacy above.

Notifications are not arriving.

Steady schedules its check-in and milestone notifications on the device itself; there is no push server. Check that notifications are allowed for Steady in the iPhone Settings app, that Focus modes are not silencing it, and that the check-in and milestone toggles are on under You tab › Settings.

The coach said something wrong or unsafe.

Please tell us. The coach is a language model working from what you have told the app; it can be wrong and it is never medical advice. Paste the message it sent if you can — it is stored on your phone, not with us, so we cannot see it otherwise. Reports like this go to the top of the queue.
